AI training for writers and authors
There's a lot of judgment and opposition around the use of AI in authorship and creating content. I understand why, and I wouldn't want to be part of a world in which everything we digest has been written by an artificial hand.
That said, knee-jerk negativity against those who use AI is unfair, as it can be a helpful tool for writers who understand how to get the best from it to augment and improve their writing processes (as opposed to their imagination and creativity, which should absolutely remain 100% human).
AI is only going to get better and better, and infiltrate more and more sectors and operations. It can make authors and writers better, too, but you need to first understand its limitations and bias as well as the benefits it can bring.
AI is just a tool, it's not The Terminator or some wicked entity that's going to sap your human uniqueness. It has a lot of uses that aren't directly involved with content creation that could help many new writers and artists.
I run AI training sessions under one of my other 'hats', and it often blows the minds of the people I teach, particularly those who haven't used it before. The sessions I run are practical in nature (I'm not a tech expert who will talk at you for hours, using jargon that's irrelevant and unhelpful); it's a safe space that introduced people to AI and how it could be used.
No questions are silly, and no one leaves my sessions without using AI on a practical basis. I hold your hand as you dip your toe into the world of artificial intelligence.
I offer individual coaching on AI tools; however, it may be more cost-effective for you to involve your whole writers' group, or gather a few content creators/writer friends who are in the same boat for a group workshop.
